At Needle & Thread, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer garment tags and security seals remain intact.
Attach the Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
